This express class gives a complete practice that works through the whole body. Twists and lunges bring mobility to the spine and naturally cleanse internal organs.
Backbending isn't just about Wheel Pose but starts in the legs. This sequence works to create space in the spine and release connecting muscles to allow more freedom in backbends.
